STUDIO, 1- AND 2-BEDROOM

VINTAGE APARTMENTS FOR RENT

Built in 1964, the Vintage Classic Collection homes at Fremont View are a retro lover’s paradise. Designers in the 60s started with size (big) and mixed in a healthy dose of epic style. Consider the 1964 Ford Thunderbird for example. Can you say flair? As a product of this same year, the Vintage Classic residences combine mid-century modern panache with roomy living spaces, huge customizable closets and a homey feeling that just isn’t found in today’s new apartment communities.

Restored studio, 1- and 2-bedroom Seattle apartments welcome you home to a time of simplicity, modernism and community. But never fear, this is not the land of avocado appliances and pink bathtubs. Updated interiors are a perfect blend of today’s technology and home features with the original walnut woodwork and charm of Seattle’s World’s Fair era.

Vintage Classic homes each have their own exterior entry, ideal for dog owners seeking to avoid early morning social interactions, while also wellsuited for weeknight doorstep wine sit-and-sip sessions with the neighbors. Seeking alone time outdoors? Most of these unique apartments include private covered terraces, perfect for WFH in the trees.

And the location? Smack dab in the middle of everything. Quiet, tree-lined residential streets out your doorstep to the north and Fremont’s downtown, a hub of action, breweries, restaurants and fun, just steps to the south. So, what are you waiting for? Grab your Eames chair and get your groove on to the Vintage Collection today!

ARTFUL, INSPIRED DESIGN

Designed by BUILD LLC Architects of Green Lake

BUILD LLC is a local and community-engaged design firm and thought leader among urbanists.

The façade of our building undulates like a wave form, which is a musical reference and honors our proximity to Triangle Studio (which became Reciprocal) where Nirvana, Soundgarden and Mudhoney all recorded music.

Inspired by San Francisco’s camera obscura at Land’s End (near the old Cliff House in Outer Richmond), we have adopted the camera obscura as a community motif. You’ll notice this device used by artists since the Renaissance to view the world more clearly throughout Fremont View.

A SIDE NOTE, IMPORTANT TO US

At Cliffside , we are welcoming to all people

Cliffside is an Indigenous-owned company, located in Seattle on the ancestral lands of the Coast Salish people, whose ownership includes citizens of the Nez Perce Nation. True to Fremont’s unofficial motto, De Libertas Quirkas, we also try to not take ourselves too seriously, and encourage our residents to be themselves, whatever that turns out to be!
